   1. How many people are in the family (Parent(s) and children)?
   2. Are you working, attending school, or receiving cash assistance?

What are the income guidelines?

The income guidelines for Child Care
   are as follows:
    2- $1,727
    3- $2,177
    4- $2,628
    5- $3,079
    6- $3,529

Can I use an out of county provider?
Yes, as long as they have a contract with the state of Ohio

How much am I going to have to pay?   
The co-payment is based on the gross amount of income, not the
   amount of hours needed.
