Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT)
Perry County Job and Family Services provides non-emergency medical transportation to and from medical appointments for Medicaid recipients.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required when requesting transportation or gas vouchers.

Transportation must be scheduled by one of our Perry County Job and Family Services Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NET) Specialist. To request transportation, please call 740-342-3551, option 6.
