This website has no forms or accounts. If you email or call us using the addresses and numbers listed on the site, we receive whatever you choose to send. Applications for benefits are submitted through the State of Ohio’s systems or on paper — not through this website.

Our web host records standard server log data — IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time. This is used for security and to keep the site running, and is not used to identify individual visitors.

Cookies and tracking

The site does load its typeface from Google Fonts. That request does not set a cookie, but Google receives your IP address as part of it, the same as any other file your browser fetches from another server.

Confidentiality of case information

Information about individuals who apply for or receive services from Perry County JFS is confidential and protected by federal and Ohio law, including Ohio Revised Code 5101.27 and 45 CFR Part 205.50. Case information is never published on this website.
